Copyright & Takedown

rendr is a tool people use to make their own work. We do not review everything made with it, but we act on valid reports that content infringes someone's rights. This page provides a general copyright-complaint channel; it is not a representation that a particular statutory notice-and-counter-notice regime or designated-agent registration applies. It sits alongside the Acceptable Use Policy.

Reporting infringement

Send a notice to hello@saucemedia.us with the subject line “Copyright notice”. To be actionable it should include:

What happens next

We review the notice, remove or disable access to the material if it is valid, and notify the account that posted it, passing on your notice.

Response to a removal

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, reply to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, and the reason you believe the removal was mistaken. We will review the response and may restore the material where appropriate. If a specific law requires a formal counter-notice, we will provide the applicable requirements when responding.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe or repeatedly submit infringing material, where appropriate.

Misuse

False or bad-faith reports may create legal liability. Please only report material you hold rights in or are authorised to act on.
