rendr uses the third-party services below to run the product. Each one may process customer data to the extent needed for the function described. This list is maintained so that customers under a data processing agreement can review it and object to a material change.
| Provider | What it does | Data it can see |
|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud Platform | Application hosting (Cloud Run) and object storage for projects and generated media | All customer content at rest and in transit |
| fal.ai | Image and video generation, plus routing Rendr Director requests to OpenRouter | Prompts, Director conversation and tool context, reference images, and generated frames submitted for the requested feature |
| OpenRouter | Routing for large language model calls, including Rendr Director requests made through fal.ai | Script and prompt text, Director conversation and tool context, and reference images submitted for those features |
| Moonshot AI | Kimi K3 model inference selected through fal.ai and OpenRouter | Director conversation and tool context, script and prompt text, and reference images submitted to the model |
| Anthropic | Claude model inference selected through fal.ai and OpenRouter | Director conversation and tool context, script and prompt text, and reference images submitted to the model |
| DuckDuckGo | Web search used by Rendr Director when a task requires current public-web information | The search query derived from your request (limited to 300 characters). DuckDuckGo does not receive your Rendr account identity from us. |
| OpenAI | Selected image/text model inference through fal.ai and OpenRouter | Prompt or script text and reference media submitted for the selected feature |
| Optional Google OAuth sign-in, and selected Gemini / Nano Banana model inference through fal.ai and OpenRouter | For sign-in: account name, email, and Google account identifier. For model features: prompt text and reference media submitted for the selected feature. | |
| ElevenLabs | Voice generation and cloning | Voice-over text, and any voice sample you upload |
| Stripe | Payment processing for credit packs and subscriptions | Billing details and payment metadata. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. |
| Resend | Transactional email โ invites, password resets, account notices | Email address and the contents of those messages |
| PostHog (conditional) | Optional product analytics, only when enabled for the deployment and the user has opted in | Pseudonymous account identifier, page and feature events, browser/device information, and analytics state. We do not send PostHog account names or email addresses; autocapture and session recording are disabled. |
fal.ai and OpenRouter may route a request to the model developer selected for that feature. Because available models can change, the provider shown in the product or requested by an administrator may be an additional downstream processor for that request. PostHog is contacted only under the consent conditions described above.
We will update this page when a subprocessor is added or removed. If you hold a data processing agreement with us and want advance notice of changes, email hello@saucemedia.us and we will add you to the notification list.
Generation providers receive the prompts, references and media needed to fulfil a request. Provider retention and model-training terms depend on the provider, selected model route, and the terms that apply to our account. Confirm your specific requirements with us in writing before relying on a route for sensitive material.
