How credits, plans and refunds work. This page supplements the Terms of Service; where they conflict, the Terms govern.
Media generation is billed in credits. Writing, scripts, scene segmentation, and prompt writing are free. Images, video, voice, transcription, and other media operations use credits, and the amount varies by the selected model, quality, resolution, duration, and operation. Your balance and the amount charged for each completed generation are visible in the app. Every new account receives a one-time grant of 50 free credits. A subscription is optional and is not required to finish signup or enter Rendr.
Each pack adds 2,000 credits to every monthly allowance cycle. Monthly billing costs US$88 per pack per month. Annual billing costs US$960 per pack per year, equivalent to US$80 per pack per month. Annual subscribers are billed for the year while their allowance still refreshes monthly. You can choose 1–999 packs and change your quantity or billing interval through the secure billing flow. A changed allowance begins only after Stripe produces the next full paid allowance invoice; decreases and interval switches may be scheduled for the end of the current paid term, and changing packs does not grant credits immediately. Unused allowance credits expire at each monthly refresh and do not carry over.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next monthly or annual billing renewal and takes effect at the end of the billing term you already paid for. Monthly plans are not pro-rated for a partial month, and annual plans are not automatically pro-rated for a partial year, except where required by law or approved under the refund terms below. Canceling does not restore allowance credits that already expired or were spent.
Statutory rights that apply where you live are not affected by anything on this page.
