These Terms govern your use of rendr.gg, which is operated under the public name Sauce Media ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use rendr.gg lawfully and to follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits (among other things) illegal content, non-consensual likenesses, and abuse. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, and generate.
You own your content. You keep all rights you have in the scripts, prompts, images, and media you upload, and — to the maximum extent the law allows — in the images and video you generate with rendr.gg. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate, secure, maintain, and support the service, and to send it to the providers needed to fulfil your requests.
AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and may not be eligible for copyright in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them, including obtaining any rights or consents (for faces, voices, trademarks, or third-party material) before publishing.
rendr.gg meters media generation with credits. A new account receives a one-time grant of 50 free credits; creating an account does not require a paid subscription. Optional subscriptions are sold in credit packs. Each pack adds 2,000 credits to every monthly allowance cycle. Monthly billing is US$88 per pack per month. Annual billing is US$960 per pack per year, equivalent to US$80 per pack per month; the credit allowance still refreshes monthly during that annual term. Unused allowance credits expire at each monthly refresh and do not carry over. Payments are processed by Stripe. A subscription quantity or cadence change affects credits only after Stripe produces the next full paid allowance invoice; decreases and interval switches may be scheduled for the end of the current paid term, and changing packs does not grant credits immediately. Except where required by law, credits are non-refundable once consumed. You may cancel before the next monthly or annual billing renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing term. Prices, credit costs, and plan features may change; we will make material changes visible in the app. See the Billing & Refunds Policy for cancellation and refund details.
rendr.gg is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, including during beta. We may add, change, or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party AI providers may change or be unavailable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI-generated output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not allow it.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using rendr.gg and request account deletion (Account → Delete account). Before deletion can complete, you may need to delete or transfer projects you own and transfer ownership of shared workspaces. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.
These Terms do not select a governing law or exclusive forum. Applicable law and forum are determined under otherwise applicable law. If you require a negotiated governing-law, venue, or dispute-resolution provision, contact us before purchasing.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
